Since HIV/AIDS epidemic began in 1981, more than 30 million people worldwide have died from this disease. This year, World AIDS Day 2011, focuses on “Getting to ZERO.” ZERO HIV infection, ZERO discrimination, ZERO AIDS-related deaths. Everyone should take the time to reflect and remember all who have been affected by HIV/AIDS. Know your status! Be safe! Raise awareness!
